We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. Support ticket data is retained for 24 months by default, configurable to shorter periods on Enterprise plans. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Upon written request, we will delete all personal data within 30 days.
6. GDPR & CCPA Rights
EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port their personal data, and to object to processing. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, email privacy@sleekworks-gold.com.
7. Third-Party Processors
We share data with vetted sub-processors including cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (Stripe), and analytics tools (all under Data Processing Agreements). A full list of sub-processors is available upon request.

By accessing or using the Sleekworks Gold platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Sleekworks Gold provides an AI-powered customer support helpdesk platform including ticket routing, sentiment analysis, and knowledge base management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, and the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; resell or sublicense the Service without authorization; or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
5. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
6. Intellectual Property
Sleekworks Gold retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, AI models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleekworks Gold's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except where prohibited by law.
