Sleekworks Gold is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR and CCPA compliant, and offers HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for Enterprise customers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our AI processing pipeline operates on anonymized data and retains no personally identifiable information. EU customers can elect to have all data stored exclusively within EU data centers. We publish a detailed Security Whitepaper and are happy to complete security questionnaires for enterprise procurement processes.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the contract term. We don't believe in locking customers in — we believe in earning your business every month. If you decide to leave, we provide a full data export of all your tickets, knowledge base articles, and analytics in standard formats.
